Default Me personally

I don't have a problem with the death penalty in this specific case, where things are pretty cut and dry. It's the other cases where things aren't nearly so certain that I have a problem with the death penalty. Not to mention the racially motivated arrests among others. Like a black convict who met the description of "black male, around 6' in his late 30's". It seems to me that not executing the criminal in the specified case is well worth not executing innocent people in other cases.
