Default let me put this in a way you (might) understand it

It would be quite impossible for any government in Israel to be NOT zionist.
zionism is an intangible political movement. israel is a tangible place in the middle eastern desert
one can destroy the intangible concept without ever harming the tangible country
if you cannot yet follow, try this:
i have just destroyed your intangible rebuttal while i have left your physical person untouched
that is the distinction to be made. there appears to be an intentional mis-interpretation of ahmadinejād's words and that misrepresentation is in israel's interests and against those of iran

Bubba, your sophistry destroys nothing as it is illogical and relies on fallacious reasoning.

Israel is the direct product of Zionism. One cannot separate the two since there would be no Israel without Zionism, and there are no expressions of Zionism that are not Israel. Ahmadinejad's words are but a very transparant ruse that most reasonably intelligent people reject out of hand because it is so obviously a construct created so as to be able to speak in code.

I have actually been interested in Iran for a long time. I would like to travel there in the future, and also to Afghanistan if possible.

How tolerant are Iranians in general to visitors who do not follow Islam, but have nothing against Islam as a religion?

Also, have you read the Kite Runner? It's based in Afghanistan, but I would be interested to hear your opinion on it.

Ah great, I have heard from many people that the majority of Iranians and Afghans are very hospitable. I guess it's just the Hezbollah that I worry about. But I think I've been listening to too much Fox news

I haven't seen the movie, but I thought the book was great.

What is the education system like in Iran?

1 pre-elementary, 5 elementary, 3 guidance-school and 3 high school grades. then it's a pre-university course, and then a nation-wide exam called konkur to enter governmental universities. also there's another exam for entering AUT.

Hej Perham!

Did your president Ahminidanutjob say this? Whats the context, whats the spin?

"I must announce that the Zionist regime, with a 60-year record of genocide, plunder, invasion and betrayal is about to die and will soon be erased from the geographical scene"

as it seems, he's just predicting, not threatening.
