The dems outnumbered Republicans 17-15 in Texas. Or are you saying Texas is really a dem state? LOL!! Republicans are 60% of the voting population yet the dems held the majority...uh-huh, very representative.

All the Republicans did was correct a map that was drawn to best fit the dem needs and in no way represented the true political picture of the state. The dems did this in 1991 and the tables were finally turned. Next.
