If the neocons have their way and completely destroy the principles, which they have already undermined on a basic level, on which this country was founded, I, as a Christian, would willingly go to prison or even be executed rather than pay taxes. However, I would not take up arms against the government unless it was committing large-scale democide. Those are the dictates of my conscience, which I don't claim to be universal truth.
