But that's where you're wrong---we DID get tons of information from Khalid Sheik Mohammed. That information lead to arrests which led to more arrests. No telling how many innocent civilian lives were saved as a result.
Do I care that KSM had a few moments of thinking he was going to die? Not at all. He is responsible for 3000 people dying on 9/11.....most of them trapped in such unbearable smoke and fire that some of them chose to jump 110 stories to their deaths instead. You want to think about PURE TORTURE??? Think of those men and women who died on 9/11. And realize that people like him and his buddies are going to do it again...and again...and again if given the chance. |
I'm wrong? When did I say we never get reliable information? I do think of the victims of 9/11 but I also think about our dignity and integrity. We should be above and beyond torturing people. By torturing we make ourselves no better than them.
