You would have a pretty good chance of beating that citing the 1st Amendment.
And how can someone who is a majority understand what is like to experience racism from the minority point of view? I can tell you from experience that White men are not the majority in every situation. I grew up in South Florida and was the serious minority throughout most of my schooling. I had to defend myself on "Cracker Days" when all the white kids would ger jumped constantly throughout the day. Talk about "through the looking glass".
