Hmm....
Republicans and Democrats are very similar in the policies they implement, and they represent the American center of public opinion (which is why they are the two main parties). I'm in the NW (the libertarian "region"), by the way, as socially liberal as Ayn Rand and slightly less capitalistic than Drew Carey.
