Despite being asked by the US Embassy to leave Argentina, the Bush twins decided to ignore the request of the new US ambassador to Argentina (appointed by Georgie-boy himself) and stay in Buenos Aires making a complete spectacle of themselves. They could become a threat to national security by getting their bony drunk butts kidnapped.

p.s.: What hotel are they staying at? I'd love to get a snapshot of Barbara running naked through the hallways. It'd be worth millions -- that is until Daddy Bush decides to use the Patriot Act against me and have me declared an enemy combatant.
