According to your logic the world ought to be split up into possibly a million separate independent states. So in other words, the Cornish in south west England should have their own independent nation? How about the Texan's? lol mate you are a comedian.

Seirously though as I understand it relations in these two areas are actually pretty good and there isn't the sort of oppresion Kosovo saw. It doesn't sound like they, as a while, are going to try for independence.

The Scotland thread was supposed to annoy lunecat... Opened just for fun. But you missed the point. I am against independence of Scotland. But Scotland was never English. If Scots tried to take northern England, that would be one hell of a massacre.
