Why does the AntiChrist have to be just one person. Is it not anyone who denies the Christ?

The anti christ is not just one person but it is not people who don't believe in christ because not all people do yet not all people who don't are "anti" christ.

I can explain it better like this Anti-war protestors are against the war and Anti-christs are against christ not just not believing in christ.
