The fact that the army has initiated a stop loss and is now pulling soldiers back in from inactive reserves shows that the Army is shorthanded. Other branches seem to doing fine. Ya know....if this was the first time this happened I would probably agree but it happens fairly frequently. I believe it is common practice during any military engagement. My best friend's son just got turned down due to acne, how desperate can they be, really?
Plus I doubt we have too many more fronts ahead of us that will call for so many ground troops. Iraq was unique. Most wars these days will be fought predominately with air power.
