If it happens regularly.... fire him. But I don't understand the outrage over a minor act of human imperfection. Why is this important enough to you to e-mail the network?
Do you think they had interns in control of graphics that were being transmitted over international television? If it was a mistake, which I doubt, it was a very rookie mistake. Not one that should be made by a person in that position. If I were their boss he/she would be tossed out on their rear.
