Some causes are worth getting involved in. Some aren't. And it doesn't always require the 82nd Airborne. Was Saddam a bad person? Yep. Was he more of a threat to the United States of America than half a dozen other countries? Nope. Not IMO. You better go back and check my posts from the first day I came on this site. One of the reasons I voted for Bush (the first time around) was because he said he would NOT engage in nation building. He said he would NOT devote this nation's resources to nation building. He used the attacks of 9/11 to go on that very mission. He proved himself to be a liar in my eyes. Neocons, liberals, commies, fascists and all the rest... they can vote for all manner of wealth and democracy
redistribution schemes. But you won't have to wait until AFTER the vote for me to disagree with it. I'm sorry that so many have had to die in Bush's failing crusade in the sand. But even if it had worked out, I GENERALLY do not believe in nation building with U.S. taxpayer funds and
