Any lobby group can ask for actions or try to put a plan of action in the political arena but it still takes the men at the top to decide what to do. If you decide that Bush and the republicans are not able to formulate their own plans then vote the republicans out. Don’t blame a lobby group for the mistakes made by a bad president.
