The shot was made with my Mitchell Yugo AK Model 76 in .308, and I shot the beast as it was making for he trees. The Sierra Match King bullet expanded fully, and was found just under the pelt on the opposite shoulder. The fangs on this thing were unbelievable, and it could have killed us both. The locals say it carried away a cow last week. I donated the meat to the tribesmen, and made a bedspread out of the skin, plus a nice set of boots.
