I watched the season premier. The White House is debating whether to detain Muslims. As the president is considering opposing viewpoints, the phone rings. There's been a nuclear attack. How convenient! Suddenly we all are lead to realize the folly of "weak liberal thinking".

Only through torture do detainees talk, and each time they provide accurate information that will save the country. Failing to torture is a sign of weakness that puts our country at risk.

"24" pushes far right propaganda, injects Fox News into every other scene, and presents an inaccurate and unrealistic view of the world. "24" would work well as a cartoon, but not as a show that tries to pass itself off as realistic, or one that Bush Administration officials should be worshipping each week.
