But evidence obtained under torture is being argued by this administration as admissable.

I have only watch a little bit of 24, and whenever I have (because my wife turned it on) I find it offensive. And yes, the theme of every show I have seen is an immenent threat that justifies illegal actions. While it may just be entertainment, it certainly mirrors the neocon mentality to a T.
