Did she get convicted on any of this? Nope.

let's see if any attempt was exerted to uncover wrongdoing in those Clintongate episodes:
Quote:
... Expenditures by Independent Counsel Ken Starr's office have officially surpassed the $40 million mark, according to new Justice Department figures...
The figures show that Starr's office, through the end of November 1998, had spent $40,835,000. That includes $27,749,000 in direct expenses from independent counsel appropriations and $13,086,000 in unreimbursed expenses incurred by other government agencies.
Those figures do not include costs incurred by Starr's predecessor, Robert Fiske, whose office spent about $6 million before Starr was appointed to lead the investigation.

The Clinton's business partners, The McDougals, were convicted of fraud and conspiracy charges brought by Starr. The Clintons escaped because Susan McDougal spent 18 months in prison for contempt for refusing to testify against the Clintons at Starr's Little Rock grand jury. Lucky Bubba and Hillary - they were saved a d__b b___h willing to fall on her sword to save the Clintons. Did Hillary and Bubba come out of this smelling like a rose? Noooooooo ..... just incredibly lucky.
