It would be nice if Bush was more anti-PRC, but if he was, he wouldnt have been elected. It wouldnt have pissed off a majority of Americans, but it would have pissed off enough people to keep him out of office. He did confront China on Taiwan (which Clinton would never have done). So he scored points with me for that.
Bush isnt a true neo-con IMO, but he is closer than either Nixon or Clinton.

First off I find it HILARIOUS that the right is now going after Nixon a president who'm I have herad nothing but excuses for from the rightwing since the 1980's.
Secondly, CLinton did confrint china and even moved aircraft carriers into the region to make his point back in 1999.
