Agree. I don’t think the concept of minority groups forming caucuses is racist. If there are specific issues that they want to address within their community, they should be able to form constructive organizations and implement ideas among their representatives. In this case, Cohen is a valid candidate; he represents a district with blacks being in the vast majority.

To not accept him solely because of his skin color is the definition of racism.
