As the commander it was his responsibiltiy to oversee the actions being taken under his direct command. So the Court Martial is warranted..whether he wil be found gulty of anythign is another matter.

Its disgusting how the Abu Ghaib thing was blown up not the end of the world and compared by some completly ignorant people to Treblinka and other Nazi era Concentration/Death Camps.

A few idiots acted like fools and "abused" prisoners in a certain portion of a prison. The enemy routinely tortures mutilates and murders "prisoners" and the only condemnation they get is being called creations of the USA.
