Here I am, on the road to San Fran, the "liberal bastion of the US", according to some of you guys.....

And yet, I feel remarkably comfortable.

I'm about to see my wife, and my son, and I'll be able to give my son a little toy monkey I bought for him in Vegas.

And when it comes to politics, oh Lordie Lord.... Yikes!!!

I've been so pissed off lately, I almost put my fist through a concrete wall a few days ago.

It is what it is. I'm not sure whether it says more about "me", or about "world events".

Whatever.

I resonate with the point about the "American Heritage".

All I know is, that my Founding Fathers fought and died for this thing, and there are people all over the world, that would do the exact same thing, TODAY.

And, I'm one of those people.

I don't find the need to put my life on the line just yet - things haven't gotten quite that bad yet.

But I can tell you, I'm mighty, MIGHTY pissed off, during a good fraction of the day, these days, and that's not a good thing.

Okay, well, I'm going to catch a few Z's and then try to be in SF by 9am.
