I have posted these words many, MANY times on this forum.....

And I'm exceedingly happy to see that someone else has picked up on them too.

In the quote, I've amplified a few of them, just for emphasis.

Thank you, GD. I hear "exactly" what you're trying to say, and where you're coming from.

And, I agree with a large part of it. GWB is the pits, the absolute pits. But, we're stuck with him for another two years, and trying to remove him wouldn't be exactly the right solution (that, would probably create more problems that it solves). So, just bear it out - "WE" elected this guy, and "WE" have to deal with him now, but it won't be very long till we get to make another choice.

That's one of the great things about the American political process - constant choices.

Sometimes I wish that Presidential elections were held every two years instead of every four, but sometimes, you get a guy like this doofus GWB, who seems to take six years to figure out how his government works - and then, in cases like that, it seems that two years might not be enough.

The Founding Fathers, were pretty wise - all things considered.

Thumbs up.

President Bush is subverting the WILL OF THE PEOPLE right now today.

Yes the mods on this forum and the rest of their Con crew avoid threads like this like it's the plague or something. In their desperation they are starting to accused me of starting threads that nobody but myself responds to although none have offered up any proof of such a thing.
If I start a thread that hits on a touchy subject there is a least one mod here that has moved my threads more that once. All the while leaving their opinion oriented threads right in the current news section as if they're true relevant news or something. It's BS but being mods they can attempt to control the true only so much. Their lies and desperation is glaring.
This thread is certainly relevant to the way our President is treating Americans today and it is relevant to how America should respond to Bush turning his back on his country.
Careful, GD. You don't want to (*)(*)(*)(*) off the mods here (unless, that is, you want them to take you off-line, which, as you say, I've seen happening more than once).

Look - all this anti-GWB thing is fair game - it's honest, and it's the truth.

Just a friendly word of advice - don't cross the boundaries.

'Cause if I really wanted to, I could take down the PF server in about 30 seconds, trust me.

But, all things considered, this place does a pretty significant public service, and I've been pretty pissed off too, from time to time (even to the point of composing some verbiage in that regard ) -

But all things considered, this is a PUBLIC forum, and the mods are what they are, and I have no real interest in challenging them.

I even have considerable respect for a few of them ("which* ones of those, I'll leave it up to your best guess)....

No sweat, GD. I thank you once again, for pointing us to the amazing words of our Founding Fathers.

Those people, were absolutely specatcular..

As distinct from this idiot, GWB, who's (unknowingly, perhaps), subverting everything they stood for.

Well, I have to go. I'm in the middle of Whitley (Whitely?) CA - I'm not even sure exactly where I am right now. I'm trying to get to San Fran by the morning, so I can hug my wife and my son before I have to go overseas.

Just keep up the good work, GD, is all I can suggest. I'm right with you, man.

Just respect the boundaries, is all I might suggest. That's probably a good idea.

Believe me, they (*)(*)(*)(*) me off sometimes too, and I find it incredibly frustrating trying to get things done sometimes, but it is what it is. There's probably nothing you or I can do, to change it, without enormous time and effort -

And as long as we're going to exert time and effort like that - it's probably a good idea to vector into the right place. Right?
