What exactly is a conservative Democrat? What the words bring to my mind is a Democrat who supports the war in Iraq and the Patriot Act, both of which I oppose. I really do have the same ideals I had when I joined the site. Just add a strong measure of capitalism to my former religious socialism/liberal populism and you have my current ideology. I don't know whether any party or caucus agrees with that ideology, though.
