Well----we KNOW that Pres. George W. Bush won't be signing a "surrender accord." Guess these terrorists will have to hope for a Democrat President to get elected into office in two years before there's any chance of that happening.

Maybe it will be Hillary. She's already stated just the other day that IF she gets to be President, she will END the Iraq war. No mention of success or winning, BTW.

So---al Qaeda take note: look like Hillary's your BEST chance!!
