Yes, old news, but facts. Foreign capital IS in Serbia, but foreign capital WILL BE in Kosovo, according to you.

I believe you should take an elementary school course to learn the difference between the verb "to be" in present tense and in future tense...

Perhaps then you would realize that if grandma had balls she would be grandpa.

Never given the chance? Incorrect. The whole of Yugoslavia paid taxes and sent cash to Kosovo... But it was all in vain...

That said don't shoot yourselves in the foot Serbs. You've got the infrastucture and are in a position where you could trande freely with both the east and west. A very good deal. Don't blow it.
