Default Even former presidents has to answeer to their crimes today.

What I talk about is way above what the governments of a few countries wants. We ultimately need an international court who has no allegiance of any kind to any nations, ONLY to the law. Violate that law and you are done for. Soldiers of the USA has been accused of war crimes from time to time, still we rarely see any of them having to answer for this and those few that do get's convicted get symbolic sentences. We recently had the scandal of the Abu Graib prison, the leader of the criminals there get ONE year, that is totally unacceptable. Anything less then ten years are a bad joke. twenty are preferable and life is fitting. Still we don't see this happen. If you don't punish your criminals in accordance to their crimes someone else will, let's just hope that not to many innocents have to pay with their life when that happens. No one must be above the law, not even if he have an office in the White house.

Study this, it shows American war crimes in the last war against Iraq. Sometimes criminal behavior are inherited from father to son. Even former presidents can be brought to justice, sometime they even reinstate the death penealty just for thease occations. This shows what probably are fitting in thease cases...
