Operation Northwoods was never carried out, but not because the people who planned it didn't want to carry it out or cared about innocent Americans dying for a deceptive purpose. And planning a murder is a crime. Got it? You need to stop defending those who plan to commit crimes.

Something that was PLANNED and would have been carried out if President Kennedy hadn't stopped it. This raises the question, what if there are some CIA black ops splinter groups out there that would plan this type of thing and disguise it and never ask for Presidential or Congressional approval? It's a possibility. Or what if Bush knew about it and decided not to stop it? They just changed the law to deny Freedom of Information Act Requests concerning military records - so how would you ever find out?????
