You're not Jake, are you? Reinvented as a newbie because nobody can stand you and you want to start again, pseudo-anonymously? Or his brother? Or (though this seems unlikely), his friend?

Again, I repeat my question. Just what if you're wrong? I really mean that. Has any one single person on the global-warming's-not-true bandwagon actually given that possibility any consideration?

And besides, I find the argument that `the earth warms and cools and has done so for a long time' so facile. So what if it has? That is irrelevant. Such extreme temperature patterns have population-killing implications, so even if it's not man-made, why aren't you worried? You don't care about the potentiality that we could be all but destroyed by it?
