You might want to check with a middle-schooler who attends a private school (they ususally actually get educated), and have them explain the delegation of powers authorized by the Constitution. Congress is only 1/3 of our checks and balances system, and has ZERO power to "dismiss" anyone or "finish" any mission.

Democrat politicians do, however, play their gullible constutuency like a fiddle.
Ok I'll just restate that - "Yes this is basically impossible" I got through middle school

It's just me stating my doubt of Bush being a leading commander in chief.
