Tax products imported to pay for job training/creation

I hate how corporations are getting rich off of products sold that are made by cheap overseas labor. So I'm proposing a tax on such imported products to pay for job training & creation in the USA.

So people who are out of work and in need cheap products will be taxed to pay for their own training? Brilliant!

It'd be more effective to tax corperations that export jobs.

the whole almost 5% unemployed? wow.. it will help the rest of the 95% but who cares right? its not like that would strengthen our economy or anything...
