Proof? The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission needs to be eliminated, the free market will take care of itself, you don't need the government to give preferential treatment to certain people, that's racism in itself. There's always alot of crap like this that surfices, and Walgreen's will buckle from the bad PR alone, and most of the time it ends of being some over exaggerated blah, pushed by far left, and "civil rights" organizations. You offer your labor for money, it is an exchange. If you have a problem with it, you are free to take your labor elsewhere, government has no right to interfere with the free market, even IF Walgreen's [not collectively] does stuff like this.

If I'm a black guy, if I'm chosen to work at a chosen location, I will think: Do I want to work at this location? If so, I do my job. If not, I request a transfer. Is that so difficult? If the company doesn't satisfy my requirements, I take my business elsewhere, I don't threaten to sue company's for "racism." This is just more PC garbage, and I'm tired of hearing about it. This is just more farleft people thinking they can milk Walgreen's for money, that's all it is. I support free exchange.

You would never get this garbage in a deregulated free market -

Has Walgreen's attacked him? Have they forced him to work? No? Then he has no leg to stand on in my book. I believe in free will, and I believe in personal responsibility:

Walgreen's has the right to hire who they want, individuals have the right to offer their labor, and they also have the right to not labor, and that's what free exchange is all about. Walgreen's offers me money for me to manage a store, and after we agree, then the contract is forged, and then we exchange in what was agreed upon until such time that either:

I'm fired

or

I quit

If they don't want to hire a black guy, that's their choice. It's their business. Don't try to sue people that make money legitimately over your own personal vendetta's. If they stick me in a "bad neighborhood," then I either stick it out, request a transfer, or I void the contract. That's it. Give a 2 weeks notice, and get a good reference, not try to sue a company for millions. What a joke.
