Thought this was funny.

Barack Obama, John McCain, Hillary Clinton, and Al Gore all end up in front of St. Peter at the same hour. St. Peter looks down at them from his throne in front of the gates of Heaven and thunders, "What have you done in life to deserve to enter here?"

Barack Obama says, "Well, I helped the poor and disadvantaged on the south side of Chicago and I brought people together across the country."

St. Peter taps the left arm of his throne and says, "You may enter. Sit on my left."

John McCain pipes up, "Well, I fought for and protected my country by serving in the military."

St. Peter taps the right arm of his throne and says, "You may enter. Sit on my right."

Then Al Gore tells him about his work in trying to save the planet from global warming and St. Peter taps the left arm of his throne and says, "You may enter. Sit on my left."

He then looks at Hillary, who seems to be chomping at the bit and he says, "And you?"

Hillary explodes. "GET OUT OF MY (*)(*)(*)(*) CHAIR!"

I read a funny story about how the Republicans freed the slaves. The Republicans are the ones who created slavery by law in the 1600's. Abraham Lincoln freed the slaves and he was not a Republican.
