At least 2.6 million Iraqis have fled the country since the Iraq War toppled Saddam Hussein and ushered in a new era of democracy, and around 50,000 more will flee every additional month. If all the pessimists are gradually fleeing the violence, it's no wonder the remaining population is generally more optimistic.
