That NWO is highly structured by Neo-Conservatives in the United States.
Neo-Conservatism is structured on a basis of world domination and a restriction on taxes to influence people to support their cause. Democrats were with this by increasing taxes to rebuild the economy so that Republicans can go back out and spend all the Government's money to pay for future wars.
The only way to stop this is to create a new Doctrine.
