My wife is a RN (Registered Nurse)...and well she actually has it pretty easy.
But the CNA's (Certified Nurses Assistants) well they have a MISERABLE job. Most of them work in nursing homes, having to take care of people who are essentially dying and helpless.
They have to dress and undress these people, wipe them after they poop in a diaper they are wearing, deal with them when they are senile and dont know what they are saying and doing, give them baths, they have to do a TON of lifting...taking these patients from their bed to the shower and other areas, sometimes they have to give them sponge baths....It is just downright miserable.
My wife was a CNA during the time she was working on getting her RN. Now as an RN she STARTED out at well over 20 dollars an hour (here in Utah that is excellent money). However when she was a CNA, she was doing all that miserable work for just a little over 8.00 dollars an hour.
I dont think I could have done it lol.

I went out with a lot of nurses when I was single who did all of the above.
One was a beautifull red haired Irish girl who worked in the emergency room of the nearest hospital to three motorways, I cant remember her name, but I can remember the look she had on her face when I picked her up from the nurses home to come back to my house after a bad accident.
They are fantastic men and women.
