Are you saying you don't want to anyone to post arguments against your stance? If so, that kind of defeats the purpose of a debate forum.

1) the entire world abhors the foreign politicies of the US. According to the world, we as a country are interventionists only when it meets our benefit.
2) UN provisions include subscription to act as the "world police".
3) The US, already being considered to be a "rogue nation" within world opinion for acting "unilaterally" by going into Iraq, could choose it's wars instead of relying on world opinion polls.

I disagree. I think we should stay in (at least until they kick us out). We have a pretty powerful position within the organization, and instead of complaining about how bad it is, we could be using that power to initiate improvement, eliminate corruption, and so on.
Besides, we don't listen to the UN anyway even know. As the Iraq war has shown us, we don't need to get out of the UN to act unilaterally.
The UN has the right idea even if it has been floundering of late. We ought to be thinking about improving it rather than abandoning it.
