I'm just basing my opinion on my life's experiences. While the media plays up the instances where we fail in this area, I've seen too many examples of blacks and hispanics being accepted in power positions. In my daily life, in work areas, in corportions, in local politics, and in national politics.

I could be wrong, of course. But I hope not.
