You can disagree with it all you want. Your opinion does not make it illegal. So you can not use it as a stance of legality.

There are a lot of things that are legal that are illegal in my opinion. But that does not make it illegal.

You can keep changing your response or try to justify it, but for a country that speaks heavily about peace, we don't practice very often.


Even if (for the sake of argument) you are right (which you aren't) and that it is Constitutional (which it isn't), I would still disagree with it on a moral and principled reason. Which trumphs the Constitution any day.

Unfortunately, sometimes to preserve life, you have to take it. I am not changing my responses.

As it is a legal document, it was a legal decision by the president to use military action in Iraq.

There for, you are unable to truthfully use the illegal war argument.
