This is the same rhetoric used against Saddam. He did end up reluctantly complying. Bush started the war anyway.

You do know the congressional "war authorization" says it authorized to use military force to force Saddam to comply with UN resolutions. After that pressure, Saddam did comply. See:

So now, what is the motivation for Iran to comply with anything. Because if Bush wants to, he will start a new war the bloodthirsty warmonger that he is.
