Like I said...we learned from the pork-masters. But this IMO doesnt qualify as pork since it mostly does not appease the constituents, as per the definition...those sound like republican realms of interest. The republicans 2005 highway bill more fit the definition at $24 billion over the requested amount and 6,376 additional projects--constituent appeasers.
