You think this is a silly question, Kroger?

Question for you. Are you black? And if you are, have you ever experienced "blatant racism"? The reason I think the question is NOT a silly one is that I feel there are many people in our country who think that black people are only cut out to be good athletes and entertainers. But when it comes to the Office of the most powerful man in the world, then it may not be such a good idea.

What am I using for basis? Because I, as a black man have had this conversation many times with most of my white colleagues and some have flat out told me that is their point of view (almost similar to Raven's..except for her she drew on personal experience with a black mayor)

So if in 2004, this question seems "silly" to you, then you live on an entirely different planet!
