Moreover, it must be fun to let Florida decide your nominee for you.

He will win the deomcratic nomination that was obvious for months, but he will lose come november.

Yo Junior, the Stuperdelegates have not yet spoken!!! The question will remain until the Grand Poobas of the party decide who the candidate will be, while naive little voters anxiously await the party elite telling them what is good for them!

I like our nominee! He is the only centrist candidate in the general race, no matter who the Superdelegates decide to put up against him. Hillary- militant and divisive, Obama- Militant, racist, and a do nothing to boot!

I think you'll be getting a dose of "real life" "real soon," focal. Obama got 90% of the black vote, true. (They are about 13% to 15% of the population nationally) And he gets the elitist liberal votes. BUT he does NOT get the blue collar white vote and that would be necessary for him to even have a chance in the general election. I think you'll see a lot of those switching to McCain (seeing as how he's a semi Democrat anyway). Either that or they'll stay home. Either way, Obama looses.

That's got to be your hope...

The truth is, the unions will get out the blue-collar support, and most, at least 75% of Clinton supporters will vote for Obama.

That should be more than enough, considering that Obama has more votes than any candidate, so far.

If I were you, I'd be worried about your folks staying home, what with the "liberal" or, at least, formerly moderate McCain.

We know the Obama folks will be there.

And if Clinton's on the ticket, expect to see them clamoring to vote.


Your candidate, on the otherhand, excites nobody, and represents very little change from the current president.

Time will tell, of course.

For now, though, Obama is very much in the game, leading in fact. It was nice to see a one day reprieve from "He's done" as so many conservatives have asserted over the last few weeks.

Prolific and Banned?

Today is largely back to normal, with some new folks dumping old talking points...

But, it's results that matter.

It was more than just conservatives. A lot of Democrats said the same thing. Here's what Paul Begala said...Obama couldn't win with just "eggheads and African-Americans."

"On Tuesday night, we mentioned the dustup between two Democratic pundits, Ms. Brazile and Mr. Begala, who engaged in a prime-time debate about the coalitions being built by Mr. Obama or Mrs. Clinton. Mr. Begala, a Clinton supporter, said the party could not win in November with just “eggheads and African-Americans,” that the party could not ignore white middle-class voters. Ms. Brazile, who said she was not “undecided but undeclared” when it came to her choice for a candidate, shot back that Mr. Begala’s notions were dividing the party.

Then Ms. Hillary said this as she further injected the "race issue" in the Democrat race and speaking about the new polls:

"“I have a much broader base to build a winning coalition on,” she said in the interview, citing an article by The Associated Press. It “found how Senator Obama’s support among working, hard-working Americans, white Americans, is weakening again, and how whites in both states who had not completed college were supporting me.”
“There’s a pattern emerging here,” she said.
