There never was a multiracial candidate before, and Obama has portrayed himself as black, unlike many americans like him who insist on (more accurately) describing themselves as multi-racial. Obama though, no fool, realizes the maximum campaign advantages to himself in identifying himself as black to blacks, and black to the white liberal establishment, ironically adopting the jim crow edict that "one drop" of black "blood" makes you black. In fact, he is half black and half white. |
People never cease to amaze me. Now you are going to tell the man what he is or isn't. This is the most asinine thread on the board. If the man says that he is black why can't you accept that? If he made the claim that he was white, you would be calling him a wanna be make up your (*)(*)(*)(*) mind you can't have it both ways. Bottomline is the man says that he is black so he is black live with it.
