It wasn't Yugoslavia it was Serbia and the Bubbameister never should have got involved since the Albanians in the guise of Kosovoobians were the real invaders and bad guys. The Serbs were just trying to police up their property.
Please go look up the map, f100. And maybe read some articles from 1999 about the Kosovo bombings. Maybe some of Clinton's speechs about it. Like this article from 1999:
