Why the Media Men seem to feel threatened by the mere mention of race is a mystery to me, as if the fact of its stated existence may launch a renaissance of old male grouping patterns - perhaps an end to multiculturalism? It’s quite astonishing to watch the lengths they’ll go to quiet the “squeaky wheel”, particularly if he/ she happens to be of Anglo descent.
