It I about double standards in democracy.
The elections described by me are:
1. USA - 2000: Gore - 48,39% Bush - 47,88%. Bush - president. The department of state of the USA names it democracy.
Because it is.

As I have explained to you many many times before, The US has lots of parties. The two major ones represent the majority of American political views. Thats why people vote for them.

But they are not forced to vote for them...there are dozens of parties they can choose from, and they can even write-in themselves as a candidate if they want.

Here's a list - http://www.politics1.com/parties.htm - And those are just the big ones. There are probably hundreds more tiny fringe parties scattered around the US. And you can always make your own.

2. Ukrain 2004 - Yanukovich - victory, Uschenko has lost. The third illegal round of presidential elections is spent. In which by means of falsifications on controllable Uschenko territories the quantity of voices necessary for victory Uschenko reaches. Yanukovich repeats the result and has lost. The department of state of the USA names it democracy.
I dont know enough about it to comment one way or another. What exactly happened that makes you think it is not a democracy?

Democracy is simply majority rule. Whether it is a 51% majority, or a 95% majority, it is still majority rule.

If the majority of people choose to vote for one or two parties to the exclusion of all others, that does not necessarily mean that the state is not a democracy. All that is required for a democracy is choice.

3. Georgia - 2004. Up to elections do not suppose opponents Saakashvili . Saakashvili types more than 90 % of voices. The department of state of the USA names it democracy.
I have no idea what you mean by "type". Do you mean he is falsifying votes?

4. Russia 2004 Putin types in struggle against 5 opponents of 72 % of voices. The department of state of the USA names it authoritarianism.
Please post your evidence that the US defines Russia as anything other than a democracy. I have never heard anything remotely official from the white house stating that.
