Can you imagine how many people would have to keep their silence? It would be so massive a scale that I thinjk it would be virtually impossible to pull it off.
For those of you who believe that the buildings were brought down by explosives, ponder this, when and where these devices planted? Consider this as well; the fact a large part of the work (placing explosives) would have had to have been done during the initial constructon. How many thousands of workers were told to remain silent? Impossible!
For those who state that Avgas; jet fuel cannot melt steel you are right in one sense; if a pan of jet fuel was burning it would not melt the steel. You must consider many other factors such as the total "fuel load" and various types of other fuels were burning plus the fact a "chimmny effect can take place. Air being forced up through stairwells and other opeing causing fuel to burn much hotter. Take some basic classes on fire behavior.
Think of it this way, when a blacksmith wants to melt, bend metal they use devices to induce air into the fuel making it much hotter than if the fuel was burning was buring by itself. Think about that.
