Then you read the articles, there are no specific details or even theories as to how the plan could be carried out.
Sorry that link did little to support your claim that most "Muslims" were planning to take over France.
You will most likely see the same articles and threats when Britain goes to the polls to vote for a new Prime Minister.
Finally France had the election and there was no take over by the Muslims.
