Because good people don't stand by and let others be discriminated against merely because they are different. Being gay affects nobody but the gay person himself.

I agree that public displays of nudity and sex should generally be banned, be they straight or gay. Guess what? Most gays would agree, too.
So beyond that, what stuff are you talking about that shouldn't occur in public? Holding hands? Kissing? Simply being obviously "with" someone of the same gender? Wearing a rainbow flag? Give me some idea of what you find so improper it should only occur behind closed doors. |
...I honestly...okay I have nothing against gay people. The reason I am not for the gay community is because I have a little sis, that I don't want to be gay. I have gay friends but I don't hang out with them. The stuff they do in public, like lets say their getting sexually intimate in public (seen it happen, not a pretty site). They do the same crap against straight people as well, even though it is natural to be with a girl and a guy. They are confused because of the sterotypical people like me, and I know this. And believe it or not I am a good person. I do support gays at time. But not all of the time. I am against them cause I don't want my bro's and sis's to end up like that, and because they rather go have sex with the same sex. But I do stand up for them on occasions cause I feel sorry for the way they get treated. I respect what you are doing though. I would as well stand up for them, if some one like me was saying this about them.
